The Co-exist club will meet this Thursday at 2:20pm in the main office until the late bus.

McGEE PTO
Join the McGee Middle School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) Membership Drive and earn a free recess for your entire grade! For the next two weeks, 6th, 7th and 8th grade students will compete against one another to see which grade level will have the most parents or guardians join the PTO. PTO supports special events such as McGee's Book Fairs, Dances and the 8th grade trip to Washington DC!

For only $10, your parents or guardians can become members of the McGee PTO! The grade level with the largest increase in memberships between October 15th and November 2nd will earn a free recess period. Keep an eye on your grade level's membership thermometer on display in the cafeteria!

BOYS SOCCER
The Boys Varsity Soccer Team defeated Strong Middle School yesterday by a score of 8-1. Josh Grimm led the McGee offense with a 3-Goal hat trick. Also scoring for the Spartans were Michael Abayomi, Kyle Pinto, Mason Arborio, Matt Jamrozek and Brayden Chance, off assists from Colby Nardelli, John Barnat, Hamza Mourabit, Thomas Lewis. Neil Patel made a couple of nice saves in goal, while Nick Vignone and Manny Leone were very strong on Defense. The victory improves the team's record to 5 wins 1 loss and 1 tie.

The JV Team won their game by a score of 1-0. Ryan Hines scored the lone goal off an assist from Brayden Chance. Alex George and Noah Arce played a great game controlling the flow through the midfield.

GIRLS SOCCER
The McGee girls soccer team was led by Talia Impelusso’s hat trick (3 goals) as they cruised to a 4-1 victory over Strong MS yesterday. Alyssa O’Leary also scored and Katrina Chorzepa made an outstanding stop on a penalty kick! Last Friday, the girls battled to a 1-1 tie with rival Cromwell MS. Morgan Napolitano netted the only goal for the Lady Spartans. Game today at Percival Field.
