McGEE 50th
Do you want to be a part of the McGee 50th Anniversary Video? On November 7th and 8th, interviews will be held in the library. There are sign-up sheets around the school, but sign up quick, only ten spots are open each day!

TUBA ENSEMBLE
Please speak with Mr. Cormack today if you are a tuba, euphemism or baritone horn player and are interested in performing at the New Britain Tuba Christmas on December 15.

DRAMA CLUB
The Drama Club will be holding Audition Workshops for anyone interested in auditioning for this year's musical, My Son Pinocchio. The first workshop will be held tonight from 6:30-8pm in the auditorium. All are welcome to attend!

MATH COUNTS

Math Counts will meet after school today in Room 120 until 3:30pm.

COEXIST CLUB
The Co-exist club will meet today after school in the main office until the late bus. All are welcomed to join!

BOYS BASKETBALL
Tryouts for boys basketball will be held in the gym from 2:30 – 5:00pm on the following dates:
Monday, Nov. 12 for 6th grade
Wednesday, Nov. 14 for 7th grade
Tuesday, Nov. 13 and Thursday, Nov. 15 for 8th grade
Sign up online and complete both the physical form and the permission slip.

McGEE PTO
Join the McGee Middle School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) Membership Drive and earn a free recess for your entire grade! For the next two weeks, 6th, 7th and 8th grade students will compete against one another to see which grade level will have the most parents or guardians join the PTO. PTO supports special events such as McGee's Book Fairs, Dances and the 8th grade trip to Washington DC!

For only $10, your parents or guardians can become members of the McGee PTO! The grade level with the largest increase in memberships between October 15th and November 2nd will earn a free recess period. Keep an eye on your grade level's membership thermometer on display in the cafeteria!
